Shipping Policy

We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. In India we partner with reputed national couriers.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm. Sometimes the delivery time is not in our control since there are unexpected delays due to extreme weather conditions or disturbances in the city.

As soon as your package ships, the tracking information will be sent to you.

If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please ensure that you are accessible in the contact number provided during checkout. Our courier partner will attempt to reach out to you in the course of delivering your package safely to you.

When you send a gift to your dear one please inform the gift recipient that they should expect a package from you. If they refuse thinking it is an error, we will be unable to deliver your gift.

Shipping Update - April 2021

Due to an upsurge in Covid-19 cases in Pune and Maharashtra a partial lockdown has been imposed by the Government. Hence many of our courier partners are unable to function optimally and there may be delays in processing your order.

International Shipping 

For our international orders the shipping is included in the price you pay. However sometimes (though rarely) a customer has to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed the customer has to pay the additional fees.

As soon as your package ships, the tracking information will be sent to you.

Refund policy

We do not accept refund unless and until there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are damaged in transit.


We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. You can write to us at before you receive an e-mail confirmation that your package has been shipped

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our premises for delivery.

If you are sending a Coppre gift to a dear one he/she might refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error. By informing the recipient that they should expect a package from you will help us deliver your package to your dear ones.

In the unlikely event that your Coppre product has been damaged in transit, please send a picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product to Once you courier the product back to us we shall immediately send you the replacement.

Our unlacquered products sometimes may have some black spots. Please note that these products are not damaged. Copper oxidises in the air and has a propensity to turn black. This is a natural process and it could be cleaned with any metal cleaning agent or with natural cleaners like lime & salt, vinegar or salt or tamarind.
