Shipping & Returns Policy
We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. In India we partner with reputed national couriers. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm. We charge a flat fee of Rs 200 to ship, other than a few special items for which we charge Rs 300.
Due to the pandemic there are some logistical issues that our courier partners are facing which sometimes delay your package. Also, at times deliveries are not in our control in the event of unexpected delays due to extreme weather conditions or disturbances in the city.
As soon as your package ships, the tracking information will be sent to you.
If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please ensure that you are accessible in the contact number provided during checkout. Our courier partner will attempt to reach out to you while delivering your package safely to you.
When you send a gift to your dear one please inform the gift recipient that they should expect a package from you. If they refuse thinking it is an error, we will be unable to deliver your gift.
For our international shipping we charge a flat fee of $25 for shipping to any part of the world outside India. There will be no return or refund for any internationally shipped items.
International Customs & Taxation
Sometimes (though rarely) a customer has to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed the customer has to pay the additional fees.
We do not accept refund unless and until there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are damaged in transit. Please send us the picture within 48 hours of receiving the product for claiming the refund. The original packaging and bills/invoices need to be provided also.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you receive an e-mail confirmation that your package has been shipped
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our premises for delivery.
If you are sending a Studio Coppre gift to a dear one he/she might refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error. By informing the recipient that they should expect a package from you will help us deliver your package to your dear ones.
In the unlikely event that your Studio Coppre product has been damaged in transit, please send a picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product to email@example.com. Once you courier the product back to us we shall immediately send you the replacement.
